Description
Get ready to bump, set, and spike your way into volleyball! Players will pick up all the essentials—passing, setting, hitting, digging, serving, and even some competitive game strategies. Each practice kicks off with energizing warm-ups, followed by hands-on instruction and skill-building drills, and wraps up with a lively scrimmage to put it all together.
Don’t forget to bring a water bottle, comfy clothes, and athletic shoes—let’s play!
